Profile International Wind Engineering covers a broad range of activities in the renewable energy sources (mainly but not exclusively wind and PV-solar applications) and the field of energy efficiency. We provide integrated services from the design to the realization and evaluation of the projects. International Wind Engineering has a rich experience on research, demonstration, applied and commercial projects in Greece and abroad. International Wind Engineering undertakes quality measurements through its accredited laboratory, assesses investment projects, provides feasibility and environmental studies, energy calculations, technical-financial assessments. We provide a high-level consultancy, support and assistance through all the stages of the realization of projects up to the operational monitoring and validation of the operational stage.

International Wind Engineering estimates the wind potential of selected sites through measurements and flow simulations, defines the optimum wind farm layout, prepares the environmental impact and technical-economical studies necessary for acquiring the production permission according to National Law.
Following the construction of the wind farm, International Wind Engineering offers take-over services and assists the developer with the technical management to assure, maintain and improve energy production. The company is currently assessing the power performance for wind farms totaling ~50MW of installed capacity in Greece. In the field of test services, International Wind Engineering operates a test laboratory applying a Management System certified according to ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 by the Hellenic Accreditation System ESYD (for the scope defined in certificate No 547).
